Transparent background not working...

    Within the JotForm workspace, when I set the background color of the form to transparent per the directions in the User Guide, and when I click on Preview, the background is black. Then when I click the embed button and click the preview button, the background is white. Lastly, when I place the code into my site, the background is white and is not set to transparent.

    Any ideas what I am doing wrong?

    This is almost certainly related to the rendering of your form in the brower you are using.

    Is it Safari? 


    You can try adding these rules to the form-all class in your custom CSS section:

    zoom: 1;

    filter: alpha(opacity=50);

    opacity: 0.5;

    Yes I am using Safari (Mac OS X 10.8.1), Safari v. 6.0.

    I am also using Fire Fox and the same thing is happening. When I checked my form this moring everything looked the way it should, minus a few other minor issues. I've been reading a lot of issues similar to mine, and wonder how long should I expect changes to be made after refreshing my page, or clearing my cache? Should it be immediate? Cause in my case it is not. Curious...

    What embedding method did you use? If you are not using iFrame, please try to re-embed your form code into your website using iFrame method. However, if the said solution doesn't work, edit your iframe code that you embed into your website and just simply change htttp://form to http://www.
