Sorry, but I just can't see how JotForm can be a viable option for forms when there are way too many servers and way too many users experiencing cache problems. Forms change, and when the user want to change their form and the changes do not reflect on their site(s), then to me, that's a BIG problem. I've been reading through most of the FAQs and it has totally changed my mind in using your service.
I'm moving onto another service.
By the way, I am maybe three hours into using your service and NONE of my forms will change when I make changes to them, and all I am doing is changing background color - WTF?

It is sad to hear you came to know our site in the middle of a database migration to a more powerful cloud of servers, that caused this form's update glitch .
Let me tell you we have hundreds of satisfied customers that have been with us for more than 2 years. Some of them since Jotform started in 2005.
We currently have near to 1 million of users and about 650,000 active users /customers. The database maintenance did not affect all of them, but a few ones.
I invite you to stay with us as a free user and after giving us a brief time frame, you can decide either to upgrade or remain free for the time you consider convenient

I would encourage you to update your form or any other one you might have created, by loggin into your account through http://www.jotform.us , as the glitch is being most likely related to 2 of our domains (jotformpro.com and jotform.us)

I have investigated the best web form programs out there. JotForm is by far the best. I have never experienced any of the issues you are speaking of and when I have had issues, I post it on the forum and I am amazed at how fast it has been fixed. I hope this helps because JotForm is by far the best option out there

Thank you very much for sharing with us your opinion about our service.
We are very happy to hear that!

I agree with both the commenters (users) here . I am new to jotform but am concerned at all of the entries into the forum. It seems there is one every minute. Doesn't it make sense to try to fix the majority of issues so you don't get so many of the same requests? And then there's the myriad of different issues that people bring up. It doesn't give me the warm and fuzzy as the form I am using is serving as my checkout cart and photo uploader . . . in other words it has to work for my business and to satisfy customers.

@dasjell: Not all issues are of bug issues from JotForm's end. Most of the time these are from users who either may simply need assistance on how to do a thing or two, or is needing additional support due to ones misconfiguration. But the title may seem to look like it's a bug, but of course it's just the issue at hand that the user is experiencing. And most of the time, these issues are resolved by our proper support and guide to the users.
But we understand where you're coming from and rest assured we are doing our best to do what we can if there are problems on our end that needs fixing.

As a JotForm user, I totally agree with Liyam and such has been the case with me. They are absolutely outstanding and for me, I consider myself very fortunate for how much they offer and how inexpensive the service is compared to so many others.
Hope that helps & thank you JotForm support staff for what you do

Hopefully that provides you guys with some assurance :)

I always give things a second chance and I am willing to give Jot Form another try.
Oddly when I arrived at the office this morning and checked my form in FireFox, heeding the warning that Safari often has problems, everything seemed to work fine.
I look forward to using Jot Form, and I hope all works well.

I do have a follow up question... Whenver I make changes to my form within JotForm and then check my page, the changes are never there immediately. It seems to take a long time to see my changes. Evern within JotForm the changes don't always show right away. I've cleared my cache, restarted browers, checked on other computers and well... nope.
My question is, how long should it take for those changes to take effect?
- jeanettebmzAnswered on September 07, 2012 at 11:07 AM
I appreciate the second chance you are willing to give to Jotform
Regarding to the issue. I think you are talking about this form correct?
If that is the case, I would recommend you to log into Jotform using www.jotform.us , and perform the changes.
Then, make sure you re-embed the form into your page and that the form actually shows http://www.jotform.us/jsform/22495484639164
We have had some users having data replication issues with jotform.us and jotformpro.com domains. This should had been resolved for most of our more 650,000+ users , but there should be some affected accounts like yours.
Please do that, and if you still need assistance. Can you please provide us with the URL of the page where the form is embedded?
- jdeclanflynnAnswered on September 07, 2012 at 11:12 AMActually, the www.jotform instead of form. worked perfectly, so I no longer have issues at this moment.
I may have other questions regarding CSS and getting my form to look a particular way, but I will list that as a new question, OR read through the current forums to see if those directions are there.

I have problems at the worse times. For some reason, I've been getting submission pushed through, with no info filled out, expect the first line of my form. I have no way of knowing who sent the form or why the form came through (I have it set so payment must be completed before form is fully submitted.). Ijust had a lady email me and ask if she was signed up, because she went through the whole thing yesterday, and I checked my forms and nope, she wasn't. I have no idea, if it was her fault or if it was a jotform glitch.... It JUST NEVER STOPS! I have deadlines for people to signup, and then, almost like clockwork, there is a jotform issue on the last day of the deadline. And trying to email people and explain to them it was a form issue and to try to signup now, it just makes look unprofessional. I really wish, jotform would get all the kinks/bugs/glitches worked out, so I don't have to deal with these potetnially catstrophic problems.

The issue may be related to the conflicts between your form and scripts on your web page. We have an iFrame embedding options that prevents any conflicts. Can you try that embedding option on your website?
We are here to help with any problems you may have, but it is strongly recommended to ask one question per thread to get appropriate assistance. Can you please create a separate thread and provide information about affected web page where you have embedded the form? Then, we will be able to proceed with the further investigation.
Thank you for your cooperation.
