Into the following dates doesn't match any registering of activities on the system.
Actually the Consultants of the Company are supposed to answer the the gaps all days but the dates from 01st of september thru 11th of september the registering doesn't appear to us.
We have received the answers by e-mail but at the time to generate the History of Activities it doesn't appear on the table.
Please find attached the registering of exclusion.

As per checking your form's submission (http://www.jotformz.com/form/72054435476660), there are no submissions recorded for the timeframe 09/01/2017 to 09/11/2017.
I checked your account's email history and there was indeed a submission for the said timeframe.
Here is one of the submissions for the said timeframe: https://www.jotform.com/submission/3809042760197626020. As per checking the activity log of your account, there has been no Submission Deletion for the account.
Have you deleted the submission you mentioned on your form but the log for the submission deletion was not properly recorded on your account? Or, are you looking for the submission for 09/01/2017 to 09/12/2017?
