The verify link you have sent does not seems to be a complete URL.
I did check your account and your profile email address is FujitsuCareers@ph.fujitsu.com. I also checked your form's notification email alert and found that the recipient email configured is the same email address. I have gone ahead and verified your email address successfully. Please check the screenshot below:
I would suggest you to please test your form again by sending a test submission and get back to us if the issue persists.
