Your company or you know someone that can create (copy) a form for me, exactly as this one here - https://contatocidadaniaja.typeform.com/to/YkXdXQ

I´m with difficulties to do that in Jotform.
    Thanks, Leo

Please note that we do not offer a service for creating forms. We can only assist you if you have any issues while creating a form. I saw on your other thread that you had some issue with the conditional logic, that you were able to resolve.

If you want to hire someone to build a form for you, I would suggest you to hire a developer on Upwork

OK, I´m 3 days trying to create, If you can help me, i´ll be very glad.
Sorry about my english. I´ll try to explain.

Look, I want to create a form, exactly as this one here - https://contatocidadaniaja.typeform.com/to/YkXdXQ

( If you can take a look, it´ll be good)

I also started to create- https://eu.jotform.com/build/72853209897370

As you can see, the first question is - Olá! Quem é seu parente português (ou que possua nacionalidade) mais próximo? -

And we have 7 different answers.
And then, for each answer selected, we have different questions and go like this until the end. I know that I should use logical conditionals.

So, I started to create the jotform, but inittialy setting up folowing questions, that choosen, first answer ( Trisavô/Trisavó)  in first question. So, initially, I didnt worry about others questions ( when choosed per example, Avô, Pai, etc..)

I don´t know if this way i´m doing is the best one.

Well, i dont know if it´s better, create first all questions and answers, and then set up the logical conditionals.
Or create the folowing question and theirs answers, and imediatally set up logical conditional.

I  made a confusion in my mind and I´m afraid to do something ( wasting a lot of time) , and then  it gives  wrong, and need to do all again.

Can you understand me, and help me?

    Thank you very much.

I think it is better to add first all the fields you need on your form and then set up the conditions afterward so the fields you need on your conditions are available to use. I checked your form and I noticed that you have already added a condition to your form.

If there is a specific condition that is not working as expected, you can report it to us so we can investigate it further. Just give us the information about the specific condition that is not working so we can check and investigate the issue.
