Form Transferring/Sharing Question

    Hello,

We have just started using JotForm and have been very happy with it.  We currently use it for a number of our students in correlation to a training program that they attend online.  Throughout the training, we have a number of forms that they utilize during the process.  As a courtesy, we like to make these forms available to the students once the class is over.  If they choose to get a JotForm account, we would like "give" (transfer a copy) these forms to them to use for their own account.  There could possibly be up to 30 Students that would be interested in this every few months.  What would be the best way to do this?  We don't really want to make them "sub account" holders.  We want them to have their own account and then just be able to "hand these forms" over to them and not have any other connection.

Please let me know the best process.

    Thanks!

The student can clone the form you have created to their account. You just need to provide the form link to them so they clone it to their account. You can check this guide on how to clone forms: How to Clone an Existing Form from a URL.
