Why is my account still showing as free when i upgraded on the 4th September and payment has been taken

    Hi and thanks for contacting us. Your account was affected by a problem that we already know. This issue regards our submissions counter. In fact your submissions counter was set to 1300 submissions but you've received 651 data. I now set the counter to the right value but your account is free. I need to understand what's happened to your upgrade process. Can you share with us your email address used during payment ? Thanks. Alessandro
