How to remove the options when they are picked on the form?

How can I create a form where options get canceled out when picked?

I understand that you want to display the options on the form and disable them when they are selected.  We have a widget called asmSelect that disables the option once it is picked. However, this works only for that session only and displays all the options again for the other user/session.
