Why do I not receive emails?

    Hello. I am using a form on www.savvyrecruitment.com (Contact Us) People are sending emails with attached docs which i can see in the inbox here, but none of these are being sent to my inbox which is info@www.savvyrecruitment.com

    This is business critical and i need to sort this ASAP. Please advise.

    Hi Andrew;

    I have removed your email address: info@savvyrecruitment.com from the bounce list. See the below reason for blocking it.

    Reason(s) : 5.4.7 - Delivery expired (message too old) 'timeout'

    To solve the issue plaese change your Sender Name to JotForm, and your Sender-Email to noreply@jotform.com and then do a test?

    Also, whitelist Jotform's mail server Ips shown in the link below:

    Hello, this issue has arisen again. Please can you look into it ASAP. We definitely do not have the IP addresses Whilelisted, everything was working fine untila  few weeks ago and we have now stopped receiving emails.

    Hi there,

    Can you please share with us the URL of the form in question?

    Also, about the whitelisting (you mentioned that they are not), you need to have our IPs whitelisted with your e-mail service provider.

    We'll wait for your response!

    Apologies yes the IP's are whiltelisted with the email service provider.

    Your email was again added to our bounce list, due to the reason below (generated by your host):

    Reason(s) : 5.4.7 - Delivery expired (message too old) 'timeout'

    I have since removed the address from the bounce list, so you should receive emails for now. You'll have to coordinate with your host so this issue can be resolved permanently.

    Personally, I'd recommend adding the email noreply@jotform.com to your hosts's whitelist as well.
