Since a few days ago, not sure when exactly, I have a number of very long forms which have all suddenly stopped to do calculations. I went and checked the formula and realized jotform has upgraded the formula sections. Now this has damaged all the customization I had done to the forms and all my users have now failed to use the forms because they are no longer functional, see below the list of forms in my account.
Clinic - Without Maternity and Laboratory
Hospital - Without Radiology and Mortuary
Mecial Center - without maternity
Hospital - Without Radiology
Medical Center Form
Clinic- Without Maternity
Hospital - Without Mortuary
Medical Center-Without Maternity
I have tried to restore forms to an earlier time, but nothing happens. The forms are very long and I am not prepared to redo the work again as they are integrated with other systems. Kindly find me a solutions urgently

Sorry for the inconvenience this may caused you.
However, I am not exactly sure which formula sections were upgraded. I cloned your Hospital Form and I saw that the calculation values are assigned to the dropdown fields and that calculations are set inside of the Form Calculation widgets. You also have a lot of conditions.
Please provide us more details about your issue, so that we can properly assist you. Which formula sections were upgraded? Please provide us a screenshot of those sections and also tell us how were they set before.
Looking forward to your reply.

I have run this forms since early 2016 till recently very successfully without any problems, they are part of a very important project, then all of a sudden since 3 days ago they all stop calculating as they are supposed to, the formulas are there but they are not working, at the end of every section there is a section total and a section percentage which are calculated as a users fills the forms "Yes and No" see attached screenshots for a demo, but all of a sudden all the totals for this forms which took me a while to create are no longer working.
Kindly provide a solution, this is very critical, and unfortunately this forms are linked to php and other functions which I cant start building again.

Our sincere apologies for the challenges you are facing in your forms. Before we start making changes to the calculations, I would recommend you revert the form to previous version that used to work. This will fix any changes that might have been made to your form.
Below is a guide on how you can revert your form to previous versions.
Kindly let us know how this goes. In case you need further assistance kindly feel free to let us.

As I said earlier, I have tried to restore the forms several times but nothing happens, and if it were an issue with a form error then it would have affected one form, but what ever happened has affected all my forms with calculations, this is very unfortunate because it has affected very critical processes and stopped people who had traveled for miles to go and do assessments using this forms. Its already causing our company loss of revenue and customers.
Kindly find me a solutions as soon as possible, as I have tried to restore again but nothing happens.
