    Max form submissions received - incorrect.

    I am managing a jotform account for a client under username "renegade850", inside that account I just made a new form called "Starlight Rental Inquiry", which was tested about 4-5 times by our team. It however said that we received over 600 submissions, and I was shocked. When looking at the submissions inside jotform, I only saw our 3-4 drafts and no other (even spam) submissions. I think the counter data is wrong and was hoping you can reset that for us so our form is live and working on our site.

    Hi, I've investigated the problem and determined that this was related to an error that an error that happened in our system unexpectly 2 days ago which caused Blank Submissions to appear and be counted by our user's forms. I have gone ahead and reset your submissions to fix this problem so you may continue using this account as you normally would.

    Also, incase you haven't noticed I would like inform you that the day after this error occurred our development team has migrated our databases to a more powerful server cloud and this caused a replication data delay that followed it. Because of a data replication problem between our servers some of the counts were increased incorrectly which may have been related to your issue.

    We would also like to ask that you please check the Data on Excel and compare it to your emails, and if you see any missing entries in the Excel for all of your existing forms, then please let us know and we will look into it further. Thank you and we apologize for this inconvenience.
