Dear Jotform developer,
Some for reposted for quiet a few time, as the issue is ugrent and cannot see any response from pervious questions asked when logged in.
For some unknown reasons my office IP address was blocked for form access.
My blocked office IP is 217.7X.XXX.XXX
All forms inside was used for warranty registration after purchase or educational class. No special purpose for that.
Please help to check and unblock my office IP block with great thanks.
As now my whole company, including my colleagues can not process any registration submission.
Attached the screencap with this issue, I have submissed two times for requesting ip unblock but not yet having response now. Please have a check for your process.
It shown the message of

I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you.
I did check your account and did not find any issue with that. It is already active and you should not have any trouble. I have whitelisted your IP address from where you accessed your account last time: 22.214.171.124
