I have cloned your form named "Interview Booking Request" on my side in order to test it. I am not able to replicate the issue on my side as you can see the screencast below:
As far as I understand the problem, you need to update Appointment Slot widget. Please update your Appointment Slot widget as you can see the screenshot below:
Please test and let us know if the issue still persists.

This is getting slightly frustrating as using your clone version I am still getting the same issue..
See below. I am getting an error when booking a time not alternative time on question 6. See below. Can you come back to me urgently as I want to use this form today..

I was able to replicate this issue, the form is not submittable even after selecting the option from Appointment widget. The issue is actually related to time field that appears after Appointment widget and stays hidden, but still, the form is not submittable because of that field.
I will forward this issue to our backend team for further checking.
We will inform you further through this thread.

How long will this take?
Do you have alternative solution, as I really need to get this form out today? Can go back to maybe your old version layout?

We do not have definite time as to when this will be fixed.

We're sorry for the inconveniences. The issue which causes your not to submit is fixed. I've cloned your form and made test submission. It seems everything is working fine now.
Please check and let us know the problem still exists.
