I have gone in and edited an existing form and when I embed it, none of my changes appear... i.e. no logo

    Apologize for the inconvenience that may have caused. As an temporary solution regarding on this issue, may i suggest you to edit your form code that you embed into your website and change http://form to http://www. However, if thats doesn't work, try to re-embed your form code into your website using iFrame method.
