I cannot get my form to be sent to me as the form creator and to the person who filled in the form at the same time.
I can get either one of the email alerts to work alone, but not together.
I have used "email@example.com" as the sender email, and that helped make each one work, but now I want to get both to work.

Hi Steve and thanks for contacting us.
I've cloned your form and edited the email recipient on Notification 1.
I've tried this form and I was able to receive both email (1 email notification and 1 autoresponder).
You can see this form on "My Forms" section. I may suggest you to change recipient email in this cloned version and test this form. If this work good you can embed this version on your site. Hope this helps. Alessandro

Sorry, I think I sent accidentally a couple of my tests to you. Ignore them
Turns out the problem was with this old Postini spam filter--it took the emails out of the system, but then wouldn't let me see them in my spam folder until it sent an email. My stupid office email is junk.
