Google Sheet Integration: missing record

    Hello,

    I have Jotform integration with google sheets. All of my submissions are feeding into a google sheet.

    Well I noticed there was one submission that did not. There were two others that day that did but this entry was missed and I can't figure out why.

    The Jotform name is NYC and the google sheet is 2018. 

    Kenadi Kitkoski was the entry missed.


    Thoughts?

    I checked your submission and could clearly see the entry from Kenadi Kitkoski.

    Can you try removing the integration and add it again?

    Then check if the entry is there?

    Hello,

    Unfortunately, I can't remove the integration because I am using Zapier and have this google sheet feeding into several other google sheets. Is there a way to add Kenadi and figure out why this happened to ensure it doesn't happen with more entries?

    I have already sent the missing submissions to the integrated sheet with your form http://www.jotform.us/form/72326322384150. 

    Please note that if there is a glitch with the current integration then it might require to re-integrate. Also, I would recommend you to avoid making any changes to the integrated sheet with your JotForm form, this may cause problems on the communication and you may be missing some submissions on your sheet.
