Form will not scroll within Squarespace

    Hello,

I've embedded my form into Squarespace but the page sometimes shows a clipped version of the form and does not show a scrollbar. I want the entire form to be displayed as well as a scroll bar displayed on the side for easy navigation within the form. When I refresh the page it works, but other times it doesn't... This is a professional website, I don't want to have to include a disclaimer at the top asking people to refresh the page if the form doesn't display properly.

This is the url to my page: http://amandamandel-psyd.com/consent-for-release-of-info

Thanks for your prompt response and solution!

I have checked your website and see that the form is displaying correctly at my end.

I notice that the form is embedded using iframe embed code on the website. If you still experience any issues with the form on the website, please try removing the <script> section from the embed code and then embed the form on the website to see if that works. If you want to change the height of the form, you may change it from the code as shown below:

Can you please tell me exactly which part of the code to remove?

This is what it looks like when I open the form...

Please remove first the embedded form on your website. And then re-embed using its iframe code.

    <iframe id="JotFormIFrame-72846864084165" onload="window.parent.scrollTo(0,0)" allowtransparency="true" src="https://form.jotform.com/72846864084165" frameborder="0" style="width: 1px; min-width: 100%; height:539px; border:none;" scrolling="no"> </iframe>

Let us know if you are still not able to do it.

Ok, I deleted the original code and inserted the above as you suggested. Form is still displaying incorrectly. Only the top portion is shown, then cut off by the jotform branding banner at the bottom, with no option to scroll.

You can also access the form as a normal user would here: http://amandamandel-psyd.com/forms then click on the Consent for Release of Information link

In the iframe codes, you'll see the height value, height:539px. You need to change this until you'll see the entire form. Try 2500px.

This worked! I changed it to 3500px to get the entire form to display in phone and tablet browsers. Thanks for your help!
