Single Choice Field: Is it possible to force the user to one specific selection?

How can I require a "Yes" answer to a radio button field that has Yes and No as the options?  

I want to require the user to select YES before they are able to submit the form.

It's not possible to force the field to allow only one option to be selected. But you may instead show a message when the option "No" is shown and hide the submit button and indicate your users to select "Yes" if they want to submit the form.
