I have created a contact form with a first name, last name, email, and a Message area (long text entry). When I view the form, the long text entry Message field does not appear.

I checked your form and you have a list of conditions in place. One of which, requires a No answer in one question before the long text entry shall appear. However, since the condition for it is broken, the long text entry field appears to be permanently hidden.

I recommend to please fix your form's conditions to ensure it to be working properly as it should be expected. Please go to Settings > Conditions and check the conditions in the form.
