How do I set my form to charge Yearly, not just 1 payment??

I used to be able set my form to charge Yearly, not just 1 payment... how do I do that again????????????

You need to set Payment type to "Sell Subscriptions":

Then when you create a product, you will be able to set it to charge per year:
