How can I resolve my problem about suspension of my account

    I dont know what is dispute charge on stripe

    The disputed charge on stripe means that the credit card you have used have a disputed charge with the credit card company. One possible case is that the card owner claimed that the charging you have made was unauthorized. If you are the owner of the credit card that you have used, I suggest to please contact your credit card company to question the dispute.

    Please keep us posted once you receive information from the credit card company.

    I've contact to the credit card company and found that there is no any problem about your charging (190 USD).

    Unfortunately, we still do not have updates.

    Also, if you do not mind me asking, were you able to address the previous dispute with your bank asking them to lift the disputed charge on Stripe as well? For the previous charge on August. This is to ensure that your account is clear with any possible discrepancies, as this may be raised by our manager also with regard your account.

    I've talked with my bank and they informed me that there was nothing to concern. The Issue bank has already billed me for jotform payment and the money was charged properly. I attached the reference of payment for your review, so it meant we already paid your charged for this year. 

    I don't understand why i cannot use my account despite the fact that i already paid your fee. I've lost the business opportunity due to this suspension. Please fix it as soon as possible.

    The issue is about a dispute you or someone placed for the charge on card number ***8983, for  $159.00 plus 19.00 in disputes fee, as it was not resolved , I have set the account back to Bronze as  the payment for $190 came through with card number ···· 7166
