Please reset our form.. We upgraded our account but the form is currently still inactive..

    please note our form was disabled.  However, we have up graded to the professional version of Jot Form, but our form is still not working... Please advise?  TS studio design is the web master for this account. is my email, we are the owners of the site... We really need this form re-activated ASAP.

    I have checked your account username gospelsuperfest2 and it looks already upgraded to Professional . However I don't see any form on that account . Can you please refer the form link or the page where the form is embedded so we can move that form(s) into your new upgraded account.

    It would be also recommendable to clear your browser cache and log back in to see the changes reflected
