I searched through your forms but I can't find one with Autoresponder email which will be sent to your respondents. Most of them only have Notificaiton emails.
Can you please give us the URL of the form you are working on so we can further check?
- brettdennisonAnswered on October 23, 2017 at 04:44 PM
sorry its not with email responder its the auto results that the submitter sees after they have submitted the form versus the results that i check through the quiz app.
here is the link of a quiz that I cloned and shortened to make it easier to diagnose the first two answer show correct on the auto response but then are shown incorrect when viewed through the quiz app submission as in the screen shots above.
It only seems to happen in the first part of the quiz ?
here is the link to the shortened form

I test submitted your quiz form https://form.jotform.com/72953518084968 and I got this result.
In your Quiz app result viewer, does it shows differently? So far on my own test, I could not reproduce the problem. The result I see after form submission is the same to what can be seen in the Quiz app viewer.
Let us know if we were checking the wrong issue.
We will wait for your updated response.

Yes you are correct the result you saw in the quiz app viewer is the same because you got them all wrong it is only an issue when you get them right.
one thing that I have noticed in your screen shot is that the first 2 are showing all of the extra data in the correct answer part as compared to the last two that are not showing this extra data? When the answers are correct the only ones that seem to have the glitch are the ones showing the extra data see below for two snippets with correct selection.
This one was submitted with correct answers this is what the submitter sees
This one is the same submission viewed through Quiz view the first two questions have suddenly been marked incorrect?
this is the test that you did with all answers incorrect the feed back shows the correct answers and as you can see the first 2 have extra (%20) data through it every where. the first two questions are the only ones that seem to have an issue.
I have changed the answer to this quiz to make the 1st available answer the correct answer if you would like to have another go.
I have also just noticed that it seems to be only a problem with the square multiple selection questions all of the drop down and single choice questions seem to be not affected?
- JotForm SupportNik_CAnswered on October 24, 2017 at 01:41 AM
I did a test submission, first two I did as correct (I choose first options in each) and second two I choose as incorrect, and that's what I got as a response:
Is that what you see on your side?
- brettdennisonAnswered on October 24, 2017 at 07:24 AM
No this is what I see.
I am pretty sure that if you marked the two middle ones as in correct the bottom one would be ok. The next up would be marked wrong (because it was answered wrong along with the second one ( same deal) and the first one would be marked wrong at my end because I am pretty sure it has something to do with the square box selections.?
As expected see below for results when two middle questions were answered correctly.
see the blue circled feed back above has (%20) in it and the highlighted one does not. The circled question is a square box multiple choice and the highlighted one is a drop down selection. It has something to do with this.
see below for what I see in quiz view for same submission.

Hi I made a new sample form
This one uses 3 different elements for questions. It seems that the fault occurs when using the multiple choice element.
see below screen shots .
This one shows the incorrect answered questions note the highlighted separators in question two (this question is a square multiple choice selection along with the 1st question that was answered correctly.
This is what I see when i look at the submission through quiz view. it marks the square box multiple choice questions wrong regardless if they are answered correctly or not. All questions using this element do the same thing.

Thank you for your feedback and clarification. Kindly allow me more time to further investigate this issue and I will respond on this thread on the way forward.

Thank you for your patience and allowing use more time to scrutinise the issue. I have done several tests to the sample form you shared and below are the results.
1. Tested the form with Option 1(correct selected) in all the questions and I received the correct score.
2. I answered all the questions incorrectly and displayed the correct score
3. I answered all questioned as not right and got the correct score on this
4. Lastly i answered the questions as per your instructions in the questions and it showed the correct score.
From the above tests the form is grading the scores as it should. Now to the part where the form shows (1%20correct) when you use Multiple Choice element I was able to replicate that on my cloned forms too. I have tested several options and was still getting the same error on quiz results.
I have forwarded this to our back-end team, you will be notified via this thread when the issue is fixed.

The problem is not what you see after you submit the form. (this part marks correctly)
The problem is when I as the administrator go into the quiz app and view the results.
How can I upload a video screen dump as in your last answer. this would make it easier to understand.
- JotForm SupportTREVONAnswered on October 26, 2017 at 07:44 AM
Thank you for your response and clarification.
I have checked the same on my end and the scoring in the Quiz App is incorrect especially when i select the correct answer for all the questions.
Kindly check the guide below on how to upload images to the Jotform forum.
I have consequently shared the updated feedback to our Level2 support.

This should be fixed now.
Can you please check and let us know if you're still having issues?
- brettdennisonAnswered on October 29, 2017 at 09:38 PM
Thanks, well done!! it all seems to be recording results correctly now.
It still shows the extra data (%20) between the shown correct answers when an incorrect answer is given by the submitter.
This only shows on the feed back they get from multiple choice questions. I can live with this if it can't be fixed.
