Hello, my login is giving: Login failed - AUTOSUSPENDED

Upon reviewing your account it was found that form:
http://www.jotformz.com/form/21014975766661 was using the word "senha" at the captcha request.
Please be advised that this triggered the auto-suspension since it is considered a high sensitive word when requesting login credentials which are not allowed.
The Phishing detector will mark it high and suspend accounts with risk.
We have looked into the situation and deleted the request for senha, please re- word it at your earliest convenience.
You form is clean and your account active. You may continue developing your forms.
