New Layout

    How do I create a form with the new layout?  I have seen forms with the progress bar underneath and they are bright and colorful.  They look great.  I am trying to see how to create one of those myself.

    I copied a link for a post that contains an example of what I'm looking for (not the type of form just the style).

    The new form layout is seen only to the users who signup recently. If you want to be able to create forms in new layout,  you need to have related settings on your account. 

    So, I'm escalating your request to our developers. Once the settings are implemented to your account, you will be able to create forms in new form layout.
