Notification sent to Spam Mail

    Hi

    Email was set for sales@buysellrentpropertysingapore.com as in Notification 2.

    1)  The receiving InBox for Microsoft Outlook is ok, normal;

    2)  The forwarding address to another email add (elizteo@yahoo.com) was received in the Spam Box.

    3)  Another copy was forwarded to neytech@singnet.com.sg as stated in Notification 3, which I did not forward to?

    Please help to rectify.

    In total I have 3 websites and 3 email addresses:-

    a) sales@freshbreath.com.sg (Order Form)

    b) sales@buysellrentpropertysingapore.com (Contact)

    c) neytech@singnet.com.sg (Contact)

    Hi Beth and thanks for contacting us.

    Notification 3's recipient email was filled wrongly because you've added a "space" before neytech@singnet.com.sg but I've corrected it.

    Can you explain me how you redirect email to "elizeteo@yahoo.com" ? I don't find this email address on your email notification.

    In the CPanel of www.buysellrentpropertysingapore.com
    , there is an option for us
    to forward to another email address which we usually open. So I choose my
    personal email address - elizteo@yahoo.com

    Hi again Beth. I may suggest you to not forward in this way notifications that you receive in the previous email address. 

    Please take a look on this guide on how to send an email notification to multiple recipients.

    I just realized after I click submit in the contact form, I received only
    the question but the not the answer which I had filled in the box. How is
    it so?

    @elizteo,

    This happens when field variables aren't presented on your form notifications. To fix this, you have to delete your existing notifications and create a new one. Just be careful on removing or editing field variables with your form notifications to avoid this kind of problem.

    I still received email sale@buysellrentpropertysingapore.com in
    neytech@singnet.com.sg
    I check the form again but there is no space in front of neytech.

    - Notification 3) should be received as Notification 3 but I received as
    Notification 2 in my Microsoft Outlook. I need not received in the Microsoft
    Outlook, it can be omitted.

    Email address: neytech@singnet.com.sg received as Notification 3 - is
    correct.

    Hi, Sorry for inconvenience caused. I can see from logs that mail alerts are being sent to neytech@singnet.com.sg. Kindly keenly check the second email and see if it is correct too.

    You can you change your Sender's name and password in the notification page to Jotform and noreply@jotform.com respectively and see if that helps.

    You can also add noreply@jotform.com  in your trusted outloook email list in your account. Some times email filtering policies are way to strict and can't discriminate emails.

    You might also probably need to add jotfom Ip Addresses to your email/hosting provider's whitelist.

    You can solve this problem by deleting all the set notification emails and then recreating the email once again.

    To delete your email alert:

    1.  Go to Setup & Embed
    2.  Click Email Alerts
    3.  Click on Notification
    4.  In the Compose Email wizard, click Delete Email

    After deleting the old notification, create another notification mail:

    1.  Click Email Alerts
    2.  Click Add New Email
    3.  Choose Notification then click Next
    4.  Complete the wizard

    Ensure you Save your changes and set Sender's name and email to Jotform and noreply@jotform.com respectively.

    Yes, I received sales@buysellrentpropertysingapore.com in the Microsoft
    outlook as Notification 2 (which is correct) but I also received in email
    address of neytech@singnet.com.sg as Notification 3 (which should be not be
    the case)

    Kindly delete all the email notifications set and redo them again (as i stated above).

    Please also ensure that the set notification email in the cloned form "Clone of Order Form" is deleted and redone. Save the changes too.

    I have deleted "Contact" Notification 2 & 3 and re-do again. But I do not
    want to touch Order Form as it is working well and I do not want to redo the
    Order Form again because very difficult to do the Order Form and timing
    consuming.

    To delete cloned form.

    Simply go to My Forms, find the form that you want to delete, right click on it then choose "Delete Form"
