I tried to test it to JOTFORM EMAIL ALERT(test email) it worked, but when Im trying to test to my website I can't receive email alet. Pls. Help . Thany you.

Hi and thanks for contacting us. I may suggest you to change "Sender Name" to "Full Name" field. You can do this by opening your email notification and clicking on a "Reply-to Settings" button. Please also check your spam folder. My final suggestion is to whitelist this Ip Address:
