Create a form using dropdown boxes or spinners for the x and y values of points

I have a form I used to do on Excel but now using Jotform for my other work and cannot work out how to create the following

Date                                TEAMS                   

12/2/18        England   x Points v Y Points Scotland   

Where x and y would be either dropdown from value 0 to 90 or use Spinner

Is this possible? Please

You may use the drop-down or a spinner for selecting a value. Since the range is 0-90, the spinner field would be good looking on the form. 

You may also have the entry limit for the spinner limit so that you can set the range from the field properties.
