When I try to open my form to edit it, it is blank. However, I can preview it.

I cloned your form to test it on my end and I was not able to replicate the issue. I also opened your account and open the form in the Form Builder, I was also not able to replicate the issue.
I have cleared your form cache from our server. Please log out and log back into your account and try it again.
