On 21 October 2017 I've received an email regarding my credit card expired and asking to update it.
In my credit card statement appear double charged on 20/10/2017 and 21/10/2017.
Could you please double check and refund it?

The payment appears as failed, or declined by your bank.
So if the system took the money, it should eventually send it back to your account, let's give 5 business days, and if nothing happens, please contact us again.
