Why Authroize.net not integration is not showing up?

I integrated an authorize.net payment option into my form. It looks as i want it to but the publish link is not showing that segment of the form. Please help. 

In my account, the form is called Chelsea Ceramics.

I checked your form and there is a broken condition that prevents showing the payment field:

You should either delete that condition are fix it, then the field will show properly.
