Arbitrary TEXT Field Not Displaying on Form

While I have no problems adding an arbitrary text area and information in the building area for my forms, these text areas do not display on the published version of the form....and the Hide option under Advanced tab is set to Off.

How can I display non-interactive/non-form-value text to my form for the purpose of displaying Payment Terms??? 

Note - I am having to add a text area for this information because the PayPal widget doesn't not display the # of months set to a subscription payment option. It just says "$XXX.XX for each month".

We sale Limited Subscriptions, and there is no options for that type of product that I can anywhere.

Would you mind sharing us the form? Your last form ID has the terms as you've mentioned and I don't see any other elements there. You should be able to add more text fields in the form. Perhaps you have it hidden in the settings? We can check that for you. Just please share with us the form that contains that hidden text.
