We appear to be facing some technical difficulties today with the form builder. Changes in the builder are not appearing on the previewed form.
I have cleared your form caches. So there's a possibility that might solve the problem temporarily.
In any case I have to escalate this issue to Level 2 support. They will investigate and reply as soon as it is possible for them.
