Review and Submit not working when selecting a product in the New Form Layout

    The review and submit button is not working on my form.  I didn't realize that I could only accept 10 payments with the free version, so I upgraded the account.  I thought this was the issue....but the button is still not working.  Can you help, please?

    I cloned your form and I was able to replicate the issue. Here's the screen capture of my test:

    When I disable the Review and Submit, I was able to submit it properly. Also, I was able to Review and Submit the form if I did not select a product.

    I will escalate this to our developers so they can take a look at it further.
