Can't find my account

    I have an account I created last year and I have a bunch of forms I created.  I haven't accessed it since January.  I tried to login and the system doesn't recognize my email.  I only use 2 email addresses, so I know my user name should be 1 of the 2, but even when I attempt to do a reset password, jotform says it doesn't recognize either email address.  Please help.

    Do you have a form that you are currently using? if so, can you please let me know the URl where the form is embedded of the form ID?

    According to our records, the username related to your gmail address us  jotforms4eva, but that was recently created.

    If you don't have any form embedded , can you please let me know what are the other possible usernames you migh have?
