I have a paid subscription to jotform and have added my emai address in Jotform so I am notified when submissions to my sites are sent by users. Would you please activate this option? I am not being notified and have to check Jotform daily to see if a user has submitted a form.

In the email notification, Can you please try to change your Sender's Name and Email to "Jotform" and "email@example.com" respectively.
If changing Sender name and email does not help, ask your email service provider to add these IP addresses to their whitelist:
