Emails are not being forwarded to me.

    I have a paid subscription to jotform and have added my emai address in Jotform so I am notified when submissions to my sites are sent by users. Would you please activate this option? I am not being notified and have to check Jotform daily to see if a user has submitted a form.

    In the email notification, Can you please try to change your Sender's Name and Email to "Jotform" and "" respectively.

    If changing Sender name and email does not help, ask your email service provider to add these IP addresses to their whitelist:
