I have paid for bronze plan but it wasn't upgraded

    When I check our logs, I can't see any payments which are related to your Jotform account. I see that you applied for a non-profit discount and it has been approved. However, there is no data about your payment. 

    Would you please let us know which payment method you used? If you paid via wire transfer please note that a wire transfer may take only a couple of business days to arrive but it can still take a further 5 more business days for us to complete your order.
