Why is it showing that my forms are over quota when someone tries to fill out my form?

    My forms aren't working. It appears with the message "Form over quota. This form has exceeded its allocated quota."
    Could you please tell me why this is coming up?  I have not changed anything on my form and I have not had any problems previously.   I don't see any limits or anything that have been set.  I have only had 4 form submissions for the month of Sept.

    We apologize for the confusion on this.
    The incorrect submission counter on some forms was caused by a server replication glitch that occur 2 days ago when JotForm migrated its database to its new data server.

    I have corrected your submission count to the current currect submission number, and the over quota should now be removed.
