Page headers for custom PDF

    Hi,

I have a form that creates a rather long PDF so I've decided to enable "Auto Hide Empty Fields" to reduce the number of pages.

The issue now is that I want to have headers on each page so it's easy to know what sort of form it belongs to. The headers I was using were just added there and have now shift upwards because of the hidden empty fields.

Is there a workaround or solution to this that you could suggest? That will keep the headers at the top of each page?

    Thanks!

Unfortunately, there is no lock for positioning the headers in a certain page. It will automatically move depending on the length occupied by the other fields.

What I would suggest is to check the add-on feature on Google Spreadsheets to see if it's possible on their end to make this happen. With the Google Spreadsheet add-on, you can create PDFs of your form submissions as well if you integrate your form with it. You can check out this guide for more information: https://www.jotform.com/help/457-How-to-Create-a-Customized-PDF-or-Google-Doc-for-Your-Submissions

    Thanks.
