Please send me a refund document for $ 1.15. You have returned this amount to our bank account. I need it for the accounting department

I did check your account and found that you switched your subscription to storage yearly subscription plan. Prorated refund for your older storage monthly subscription was processed which was adjusted in your yearly subscription plan and there was a tax refund for $1.15 as well. 

What sort of document you need for this tax refund?
