Password not working

    I just created an account. I logged out and I am trying to log back in and my password does not work. I sent a 'password reset' request and I am getting a message that my accout does not exist.

    I received my 'Welcome to Jotform' letter but the system is reporting that my email or user name 'Texas' does not exist.

    Can you help?

    Hi Carlos,

    There's only a "guest account" under your email address texas@****postand***.com. However, after making a search using your IP address I was able to find a username "texas" (all lowercase) but it's associated with email address, is this correct? If not, what's the email address that you'd used in registering your account so I can check it here?
