Why aren't the changes to my form appearing?

I've updated my form (changed the title) but these changes are not appearing on the live form.

One more detail. This problem isn't specific to this one form. I just made a word change on another form and it's changed in the form builder screen, but not on the live form, even after the system indicates that the form has been resaved.
