I just created an account. I logged out and I am trying to log back in and my password does not work. I sent a 'password reset' request and I am getting a message that my accout does not exist.
I received my 'Welcome to Jotform' letter but the system is reporting that my email or user name 'Texas' does not exist.
Ok, I registered as User: Texas
I used email: firstname.lastname@example.org
I received the 'Welcome to Jotform'' letter to the same email address.
I already created 2 forms... a 'Complaint' form and a 'Consignment' form for my website and I tested them and received nothing in my email box.

Or just go to texaspostandsell.com and click on 'Consignment' or 'Complaint' (on bottom) link to see the forms.

I was able to find your forms under "texas" account. The email address associated to this account is email@example.com.
Please reset your password again using this email.

I can also change your account email address to firstname.lastname@example.org, if you've having issues with your yahoo mail address. Thanks.
