My name is Sherwin Thomas and I use this this platform for many different purposes, however, this week i noticed that a few times this week we were getting an error message saying that there is too much traffic to deliver the forms (we export the online submissions to a google doc) and a few individuals have been complaining about submissions not coming through at all.
Is this something that has been occurring on your end? This is just to cover all basis.

Hi Sherwin, could you let us know what is the form in question? Can we also try submitting your form to reproduce the issue?
