Paid for Bronze version but Jotform logo is still appearing on the form link on my website

Paid for Bronze version but Jot form logo is still appearing on the form link on my website even-though updates were republished and put on our site.

Upon checking that form it seems you have upgraded into a different account.

The form owner embedded on that website is "SwiftFP" with an email "victorsalmon@swiftfp.com"

We can transfer the forms under that account into your bronze account which is "alphatongor", just contact us again using  "SwiftFP" requesting the forms to be transferred into your "alphatongor" account.
