hi, I’ve been having a hard time logging into our account for some time now, I tried to reset the password and didn’t get a password reset email.

I found an account related to the email address you have used to open this post, the username is hotstix.
Please request your password reset email, I have checked the address and did not find any recent email requesting a password reset, but your address is currently receiving emails from JotForm so you should receive the password reset email.
