Why my form is stuck on submitting?

    Hey JotForm gang,


    It appears that the submit button on our form doesn't work. I've tried it on both macOS and iOS and the results are the same. 


    I've deleted the button submission but and added it again and the results have been the same.

    I tested your form and I was able to replicate this issue. Could you please try re-embedding your form by using the iFrame method, here is the code:
