Forms not showing up on iPhone 6

i can see my forms on my iPad but not on the iPhone when I visit my site

I don't know your web site infrastructure but as it is told in the page: You must have an Java enabled browser in order to use our booking system. If Java is not installed or disabled, the form will not appear below.

You can't run this page on iOS mobile devices if Java is required. I've tested with a different browser app like Puffin ( supports Flash and Java ) and was able to display your form on iOS devices. 

You could either use an app supports Java or change infrastructure of the page add Jotform without Java.

Thanks - I had added that disclaimer thinking it was maybe the issue but I ended up deleting the two forms and starting from scratch - making it a one page for all questions, instead of the other option.   I then inserted in the webpage as an iframe and that resolved.  I'm now able to see in all platforms.
