Using images in lieu of radio buttons

    Hi there, 

    Is there a way to use images in place of radio button so that the radio button does not show but the image does? 

    What I am looking to do is use a "yes" and "no" icon in place of the radio buttons for a feedback form.

    You could use image radio button widgets to to allow for selecting from images:

    It would also be possible to replace the actual radio button images using CSS, but it would require a fair bit of customization.  Something similar to what is described in the following thread:
