Facebook Pixel:conversions are duplicating

Hello Jotform team!

I've been trying to contact meta, but they are a pain in the ass.

I use jotform as part of my funnel. I installed the pixel widget on the form to make sure i could track registrations as leads. I also have my pixel installed in a thank you page that ends the funnel process.

It seems that my ads manager is registering twice this metric. For example, yesterday, it is telling me i got 7 leads.

In reality, i got 3 registrations.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm sorry this is happening. Can you try this troubleshooting test events tool issues in the Meta events manager by following this guide here? In addition, make sure that you're using the correct event code in your Meta pixel to track the submissions since there are different codes for specific events. You can check out the guide on Specifications for Meta Pixel standard events for more information. If the issue persists, you may try reaching out to Meta Support to confirm if there are any known issues on their side.

Additionally, Jotform is not sending the email parameter into my pixel

Thanks for getting back to us. Try to update the Facebook Pixel widget by clicking on the Update Widget button. Were you able to get email parameters previously by using the Facebook Pixel widget? Take a screenshot of the email parameter that's sent previously, so we can check it.

Not really. its not working

Its very frustrating. my leads are not registring properly in my ad account. all the metrics are wrong

We’re sorry you’re having trouble with the Facebook Pixel Widget in your form. Please remove the Facebook Pixel Widget, then add it again? Let me show you how to do it:

1. In Form Builder, Click on Facebook Pixel Widget and Click the Trash Bin Icon on the right side of the field.

2. After removing the widget, add it again. Click on the Add Form Element menu on the left side of your screen.

3. Click on Widgets Options and search for Facebook Pixel.
